Coquitlam, British ColumbiaI’m writing this about the outstanding service I received while dealing with the fellas at Ivers in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Gerald and Dan helped me along with the decisions for my new chopper.I’m new to motorcycle ownership and customizing as my prior hobbies had been with custom cars and drag racing. It was my intention to have the bike in for an early spring once over, and then not being in a rush, the employees used my bike as  a filler for their slower days.Glad to keep them in business during the slower months. The fellas in the shop even let me bring in my teen boys to the shop for a tour and spent extra time showing us all the different options and price range for my bike budget. These guys never made me feel inferior of out of place not knowing all the lingo. It is definitely a learning experience for me every time I enter the shop, or had to make a change to adapt my parts to the overall function of my customized bike.
Their upbeat nature and good humor (Dan even showed us the “Bus Driver Dance”) made paying the bills all that much easier. Any conflict in work done was “MADE RIGHT” by the shop, as we were dealing on the phone, or long distance trips had to be made. One previous employee left a lot of gaps in the discussed plans and left no paperwork, but the guys at Ivers made sure I wasn’t out of pocket for any miscommunication. Just wanted to let the boys know, I’m a satisfied customer, and look forward to dealing with them on many projects in the future. The Sunshine Coast is looking forward to seeing them bring some real fancy bikes to our first ever Motorcycle Show’n Shine to be held here in July 2008. We’ll be spreading good vibes about their business ethics here in our beautiful coastal part of British Columbia. Hats off to Ivers! Will Sheward
